This garlic has been slow roasted to offer a smooth subtle flavor. Spice Hunter has then dehydrated and granulated the roasted garlic 2.2oz so you can add it to everything. Its excellent with potatoes, eggplant, zucchini and red peppers. You can add it to cream cheese or gaot cheese as a spread and of course, add to spaghetti sauce and rice.
